Where can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website, such as
{ USPS, UPS }, or any other service used for your order.
If you have not received your tracking number or are having trouble tracking your package, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction matters, and we’re committed to addressing any legitimate concerns related to product damage or delivery issues.
All Sales Final:Â We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than damage or non-delivery.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, report it within 3 DAYS with photos so we can arrange a replacement or other resolution.
Missing Orders:Â If your item does not arrive, please reach out so we can investigate and correct the issue.
When will I get my order?

Delivery times will vary based on your location. Since we are located in San Diego, customers within California and nearby states can typically expect delivery within 3–5 business days. For locations farther away, delivery may take up to 5–8 business days.
